MVX Company Products by utilizing them. We customize ads and sponsored content based on your behaviour and interests.
Our tailored ad system was created to preserve privacy. This lets us display your useful adverts without disclosing your name to advertisers. Your data isn't
sold. Advertisers can tell us their business goals and the demographic they want to view their ads (e.g., 18–35-year-old cyclists). We show their ad to
interested parties. To assist marketers, understand how consumers engage with their content on and off MegatonCities MVX Products, we provide advertising
performance statistics. We tell marketers that ladies between 25 and 34 who live in Madrid and like software engineering have viewed an ad. We won't share
your name or email address unless you give us permission. MegatonCities MVX commercials are explained here. We utilize your personal data to deliver the
above services. Our Privacy Policy describes how we gather and handle your data. You decide the categories and advertisers you see and the data we use to
display ads
3. You love MegatonCities MVX and our community.
These services support our purpose. You must agree to the following:
1. Who has MegatonCities MVX? Our community is safer and more responsible when people follow their values. You must:
• Sign up with your real name. Provide correct personal information.
• Keep just one personal account.
• Do not share your MegatonCities MVX account password or ownership without our consent.
You cannot use MegatonCities MVX if:
You're under 13.
• Sexual crime conviction.
• Your account was disabled for violating our Terms, the Community Standards, or other terms and policies applicable to your use of MegatonCities MVX.
You agree not to create another account without our permission. Creating a new account is at our discretion and does not mean the disciplinary action
was unreasonable.
• Our products, services, and software are illegal.
2. MegatonCities MVX Products sharing and interaction
We want individuals to utilize MegatonCities MVX Products to express themselves and share relevant material without compromising others' safety and our
community's integrity. Thus, you promise not to engage in or support the following conduct:
1. You may not use or distribute our Products:
• That violates these Terms, the Community Standards, or any regulations governing your use of our Products.
• Is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent (or helps others use our Products in such a way).
• You lack authorization to share.
• That infringes or violates a third party's rights, including intellectual property rights (such as copyright or trademark infringement or distributing
or selling counterfeit or pirated items), unless an exemption or limitation exists under relevant law.
2. Uploading viruses or harmful programming, sending spam, or doing anything else that might disable, disrupt, interfere with, or hinder our services,
systems, or Products is prohibited.
3. You may not automatically access or collect data from our Products without our approval or attempt to obtain data without permission.
4. You cannot proxy, request, or collect Product usernames or passwords or abuse access tokens.
5. You may not sell, license, or acquire data from us or our services unless as allowed by the Platform Terms.
6. You cannot submit false, duplicate, or unsubstantiated complaints or appeals through any reporting, flagging, dispute, or appeals channel.
Infringing content can be removed or restricted. Our Terms & Conditions allow us to suspend or disable your account for violating these conditions.
If we remove content you shared in violation of the Community Standards, we will notify you and explain your options to request another review, unless you
have violated these Terms seriously or repeatedly, or if doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm our community of users; compromise or
interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems, or Products; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or
where Section 4.B covers account suspension and cancellation.
If available in your jurisdiction, please report information or conduct that violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms
and conditions to support our community. If we believe it is essential to avoid or mitigate service misuse or legal or regulatory ramifications for
MegatonCities MVX, we may delete or restrict access to content features, services, or information.
3. Your permissions
Our services require certain permissions:
1. Permission to use your uploaded photographs and videos Intellectual property laws may protect your uploaded content.
Any material you produce and post on MegatonCities MVX and other MVX Company Products is your intellectual property. These Terms do not limit content
ownership. You may share your stuff everywhere.
We need a "license" to use this content to perform our services. This is solely for providing and improving our products and services, as indicated in
the Terms & Conditions.
You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, alter, operate, copy, publicly
perform or display, translate, and make derivative works of your material (compatible with your privacy and application settings). If you share a photo
on MegatonCities MVX, you give us permission to retain, reproduce, and share it with others (compatible with your choices), including MegatonCities MVX
Products and service providers that support them. Your content will expire this license.
Content can be deleted at any moment. Deactivating your account deletes all material. Remove your account forever. Content you publish as a page
administrator or develop jointly with other users, such as images in Shared Albums, may remain available to other album members after account cancellation.
Deleting content may take 90 days after account termination or a content erasure request. Unless you delete trashed content sooner, it will be deleted
30 days later. User-hidden material is being deleted. Deleted material may take 90 days to remove from backups and disaster recovery systems.
Content will not be erased within 90 days of account cancellation or content eradication.
• when others have used your work in line with this license and have not erased it (this license will remain in force until the content is destroyed);
• If our systems' technological restrictions prevent deletion within 90 days, we will remove the information as quickly as feasible; or when prompt
elimination would prevent:
• detect and investigate illegal conduct and policy infractions;
• protect our goods, systems, services, workers, customers, and ourselves;
• preserve evidence, including MegatonCities MVX data; or
• comply with a court, police enforcement, or government agency request;
In such cases, the content will be kept only as long as necessary for its intended use. This license applies until the content is deleted in all the
following cases.
2. Permission to use your name, profile picture, and actions with ads and sponsored or commercial content: You grant us permission to use your name,
profile picture, and actions on MegatonCities MVX alongside or in connection with ads, offers, and other sponsored or commercial content that we display
across our Products without compensation. For instance, we may inform your friends that you are interested in an advertised event or have liked a
MegatonCities MVX Page created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads on MVX. Such ads and content are only visible to those who have your
permission to view your actions on MVX Products. Discover your advertising settings.
3. If you download or use our program, you give us permission to download and install updates.
4. IP use restrictions
We control all rights to content covered by intellectual property rights that you use in our Products, such as photos, graphics, videos, or audio that you
add to anything you produce or post on MegatonCities MVX. Our copyrights or trademarks (or similar marks) may only be used in compliance with our Brand
Usage Guidelines or with prior written approval. Before modifying, translating, creating derivative works, decompiling, or reverse engineering our
products or their components, or attempting to extract source code from us, you must obtain our written permission (or open-source license permission).
4. extra rules
1. Terms changes
Adding new features and improving our services to better serve you and our community. Thus, we may occasionally alter these Terms to correctly reflect our
services and practices, guarantee a safe and secure experience on our Products and services, and/or comply with relevant legislation. We will only make
modifications if the provisions are no longer relevant, incomplete, reasonable, essential for safety and security, or required by law.
Unless required by law, we will tell you at least 30 days before any changes to these Terms (through email or through our Products) and give you a chance
to evaluate them. You're bound by our updated Terms if you keep using our Products.
You can terminate your MegatonCities MVX account at any moment if you disagree with our amended Terms.
2. Account closure
MegatonCities MVX should be a location where people may speak freely.
In our sole discretion, we may suspend or permanently disable your access to MegatonCities MVX Company Products and delete or disable your account if
you have clearly, seriously, or repeatedly violated our Terms or Policies, including the Community Standards. If you regularly breach intellectual property
rights, we may disable or delete your account.
If your account is unconfirmed, inactive, or used without your consent, we may disable or cancel it. Discover account deletion and disablement.
If we take such action, we will notify you and explain your options for requesting a review, unless doing so would expose us or others to legal liability;
harm our community of users; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems, or Products; or restrict us due to
technical constraints or legal reasons.
Learn what to do if your account is disabled and how to contact us if it was disabled in error. If you or we remove your account, this agreement will end,
however 3, 4.2-4.5 will continue in force.
3. Liability caps
We strive to deliver high-quality products and clear instructions. Our Products are given "as is," and to the extent permissible by law, we do not guarantee
their safety, security, or error-free operation. To the extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We cannot forecast Product problems. Our responsibility is restricted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or
consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the MegatonCities MVX Products
(however caused and on any theory of liability, including negligence), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Disputes
To avoid disagreements with you, we set clear rules. Knowing where to handle a disagreement and what laws apply might assist.
If you are a consumer, the laws of your country of residence will govern any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us related to these Terms
or the MegatonCities MVX Products, and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in your country with jurisdiction over the claim. MegatonCities
MVX and you agree that any claim, cause of action, or disagreement it makes against you must be decided entirely in Cape Town, South Africa.
You further agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts to litigate any such claim and that South African law shall govern these
Terms and any claim, cause of action, or dispute, regardless of conflicts of law. Without limiting the above, you agree that MegatonCities MVX may,
in its sole discretion, file any claim, cause of action, or dispute we have against you in any court in your country of residence with jurisdiction over
the claim.
5. Other
1. These Terms (formerly the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities) are the whole agreement between you and MegatonCities MVX Platforms.
Regarding your use of our Products. Replace prior agreements.
2. Our Products have extra terms. We shall add terms to our agreement if you use any of these Products. Our Commercial Terms apply if you use our items
for commercial or business reasons, such as buying advertisements, selling items, building apps, administering a group or Page for your business, or using
our measurement services. Music publishers must follow our Music Guidelines. Supplemental terms supersede these Terms.
3. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed and the rest
will remain in force. Our failure to enforce these Terms does not waive them. We must write and sign any changes to these Terms.
4. You cannot transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without our agreement.
5. Your legacy contact can manage your account after you die. If you enable it in your settings, only your legacy contact or a person named in a valid
will or similar legal document expressing clear consent to disclose your content to that person upon death or incapacity can request limited information
from your memorialized account.
6. Third parties are not beneficiaries of these Terms. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may assign all our rights and responsibilities
under these Terms.
7. If someone else claims your username and it seems unconnected to you, we may change it.
8. We appreciate product and service ideas. We may utilize your comments and other recommendations without compensation or confidentiality.
9. We reserve all non-granted rights.
These terms apply if you access or use our Products for any commercial or business purpose, such as advertising, operating an application
on our Platform, utilizing our measurement services, managing a group or Page for a business, or selling products or services.
These guidelines define our expectations for content posted to MVX Social and other Megaton Devco products.
These terms govern payments made through or on MegatonCities products.
These policies apply if you upload or share music-related content on any MegatonCities platform/systme/s.
